Bussin Birria Tacos opened in Mall of America in 2022 with one focus: birria, done right. Beef and chicken birria braised low and slow for 12 hours, packed into tacos, quesadillas, and fireside soups, and out to your table in 7 minutes flat.

Halal at every location. A vegan chorizo option that holds its own next to the meat menu. And a full spread beyond tacos — sides, salsas, churros, tres leches — built by a team that sources from local Mexican-owned businesses because they do it best.
